DUBROVNIK, Croatia (NBC/EBU) - Tourists and residents of the Croatian city of Dubrovnik were quick to get out their cameras when a waterspout formed off the coast.
Video uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday by Boris Basic appeared to show the waterspout as it moved slowly and very close to the shore.
NBC News could not independently authenticate the video, and it was unclear when it was filmed.
Dubrovnik is located in Southeast Croatia on the southern Adriatic Coast.
