MILWAUKEE (AP) — A Wisconsin medical examiner has officially ruled the death of a man who killed six Sikh worshippers before shooting himself a suicide.
The Milwaukee County medical examiner's office released its investigation report Tuesday on Wade Michael Page.

The report says Page's sister told investigators he had a history of alcohol problems and underwent a personality change in the year before the shooting spree.
She said Page had seemed bloated for a few months, and she wondered if he had been drinking. She also noticed Page become more intense over the past year, as if he had lost his wit and sense of humor. She says he took everything literally.
Toxicology reports, which would show whether Page had alcohol in his system during the Aug. 5 shooting spree, are pending.
