Sewer and drain service. We can unclog the most difficult drains with the most modern equipment and technology.

• Pipelining - Our 'no dig' system enables us to fix underground drainage problems with no excavation, by inserting and inflating an epoxy-strengthened lining inside your pipes. This process repairs cracked or broken pipes and stops root intrusion permanently.

• Locating - Once the condition of a drain has been assessed, our Digital Pipe Locator technology is used in locating the exact place or places and depth of damage in relation to one's property.

• Debris Clearing - Our cleaning tools can clear roots, grease, sediment, calcite, and scale from your sanitary lines without causing damage to the pipe.

• Video Inspection - Our use of Modern Video Technology is a clean and accurate way to see the problem! Video camera in-line inspections are needed to determine the nature of the problem(s) and/or the sewer pipe condition, which cannot be confirmed by snaking, rootering or hydro-jetting only. Video camera inspections enable Performance Plumbing to properly provide the necessary solution.

• Spot Repairs - Repairs can stop moderate infiltration and can also be installed in active sewers without the need for pump and bypass. Most repairs can be completed in one hour.
