Ed Oyer

Ed and his wife reside in lovely Williamsburg. He served 22 years in the Navy. (Mustang) E-1 to O-3. He has published articles in the "U.S. Naval Institute Procedings." He spent 5 years as a manager at an automobile service department. In addition, he launched and operatated Avon Vending Services for 17 years. He's retired now, but he stays busy working on his home, garden and automobiles keeping them in good shape. He has several collections including a Panda collection and some Millitary items as well. Aside from reporting to WAVY, Ed also sends his official weather reports to the National Weather Service in Wakefield, VA.
