NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A woman was pulled out of a stalled vehicle in the Ghent section of Norfolk Sunday morning.
Julien Williamson with the Norfolk Fire Department reports the woman's car was stalled at Botetourt Street and Redgate Avenue.
Williamson says water went up the woman's car lights when it stalled. The Fire Department was called to the scene and crews in high water trucks responded to the scene.
The woman was not transported.
