Schools open on 2-hour delay

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Area school districts will be in session Tuesday, Oct. 30 but will be delayed.
WAVY.com has confirmed the following school districts will be running on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday.
- Chesapeake
- Virginia Beach
- Hampton
- Norfolk
- Yorktown
Old Dominion University has canceled classes Tuesday, as have Currituck County Schools.
