NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Roads Transit will stop all bus and light rail service at 6 p.m. Monday due to the substantial flooding across the area.

Ferry service was stopped earlier in the day Monday, because of flooding at the North Landing dock.

According to spokesman Tom Holden, normal transit services are expected to resume Tuesday, although HRT will be closely monitoring conditions and will announce any changes to that plan.
