VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - WAVY News 10's Andy Fox spoke with a witness on the scene of a massive fire in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach who said she heard cracking, glass breaking and popping before she saw flames shoot out of the windows of one of the homes.
