PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - The Superintendents of three Hampton Roads Public School systems sat down for a Q&A with WAVY TV 10's Tom Schaad in March 2010, to discuss public school budgets.

Chesapeake Public Schools Superintendent Dr. W. Randolph Nichols , Portsmouth Public Schools Superintendent Dr. David C. Stuckwisch and Gloucester Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Howard B. Kiser answered questions about what the General Assembly's budget will bring for schools next year.
