Norfolk police discuss officer's death

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police Chief Bruce Marquis revealed new information Thursday about the investigation into the death of one of his officers, Victor Decker.
Decker was found dead in Virginia Beach along Oceana Boulevard Tuesday. Investigators say he was killed.
