NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - In light of recent events surrounding the assault of two Virginian-Pilot reports in Downtown Norfolk, police held a press conference May 3 to provide more details on the developing case.
10 On Your Side's Anne McNamara was in attendance, where we learn a 16-year-old has been arrested and charged with throwing a missile at a vehicle, which is a felony, two counts of simple assault by mob, destruction of property and participation in a riot.
