10 On Your Side teamed up with Shred-it once again at two locations. At Bayside Harley Davidson in Portsmouth, Lori Crouch helped lift and load your unwanted documents. At the Hampton Roads Harley Davidson in Yorktown, Face of Fox Kelly Giata did the same.

The event is always a big hit for everyone involved and served as a food drive for the Foodbank.

"I'm trying to protect my credit. Unfortunately, the shredders in the stores are too small for the amount of stuff I get in the mail. So this is a good way to do it, you're helping someone and your helping yourself," said Micheal Rowe, who brought bags of paper to shred.

"Right now our level of food donations is down. This is a great event to bring in some much needed food for the community," said Karen Joyner Chief Finanical Officer for the Southeastern Virginia Foodbank.

At the Bayside location, more than 1700 pounds of food and more than three hundred dollars were donated. In all, that will make 24-hundred meals. In Yorktown, more than 1200 pounds of food and $250 in donations were collected.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event a success!
