PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - State Senator Louise Lucas, (D) Portsmouth, stopped by WAVY TV 10 to talk tolls.
Thursday, Lucas' budget amendment to delay the proposed tolls for the Downtown and Midtown Tunnels passed in the Senate Finance Committee.
It must now go through the Virginia House of Delegates.
