Charlottesville, Va. - Virginia coach Mike London spent most of last year wondering who would be his quarterback, Michael Rocco or David Watford, the freshman from Hampton.

Rocco got the job as the Hoo's won four of their last six games.

But job security is fleeting in college football--there is a new quarterback in Charlottesville, one that Hampton Roads fans know well.

Bruce Rader has more on the arrival of former Oscar Smith signal caller Phillip Sims.
