Turn back the clock at Harbor Park

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - On Monday, June 18, Tides fans can buy hot dogs, drinks and popcorn for just 50 cents.

It's all part of Harbor Park's annual "Tun Back the Clock" promotion.

Since Harbor Park opened its doors 20 years ago, more than 5.2 million hot dogs have been served. At eight inches each, if the hot dogs sold were placed end-to-end, the distance would span 658 miles, which is approximately the distance from Norfolk to Toronto. The amount of beverages consumed would fill one-and-a-half Olympic-sized swimming pools.

The Tides take on the Buffalo Bisons at 7:15 p.m. at Harbor Park.
