CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Oscar Smith, the defending Division 6 state champions, were dominate in its scrimmage against the 4-time Division 5 state champions from Phoebus.
The Tigers won 35-0 as they get ready for next Saturday's nationally televised game against the state champions from South Carolina.
