PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Here's why, it was Norfolk State against Mizzou all over again.  Kyle O'Quinn's Portsmouth Sportsclub team against Ricardo Ratliffe, out of Missouri, playing for Roger Browns team.  Ratcliffe is from Hampton and he was looking for a little revenge against O'Quinn and he got it. Ratcliffe had 16 points and his team got the win.

Kyle O'Quinn was still the winner this weekend. He finished with 8 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks in the championship game. His team lost, but still Kyle definitely was noticed by those NBA Scouts in the crowd.  O'Quinn was voted MVP of the tournament.
