TORONTO (WAVY) - The Calder Cup will be back in Norfolk on Monday afternoon. AHL Players of the Year and Rookie of the Year played just like that in Game 4 of the Calder Cup Finals.

Cory Conacher was voted the number one star of the game. He had four assists in the win.

The rookie is from Burlington, Ontario.

"It was great to be able to celebrate in front of my family and friends. It would have been nice to do it in front of the fans in Norfolk, but the fans who came to the game were still able to celebrate with us," said Conacher.

Alexandre Picard, who scored nine goals and added seven assists totaling 16 points, was awarded the Jack Butterfield Trophy as MVP of the Calder Cup Playoffs. Johnson added two assists while Kostka added an assist of his own in the victory while Richard Panik and Pierre-Cedric Labrie added goals in the victory.

Dustin Tokarski (12-2) finished the night with 18 saves for the team’s 10th straight victory. Toronto’s Ben Scrivens (11-6) stopped 26 saves in defeat.

The victory parade for with the Calder Cup and the team has not been scheduled yet.
