Congressman Forbes talks with WAVY.com

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Congressman Randy Forbes sat down with WAVY.com Monday as Congress gets back to work on the budget crisis.

Monday began the first full week with the sequester in effect, and some of those living in the area have already seen some of the damage done firsthand.

WAVY.com asked Congressman Forbes several questions as he prepared to head back to Washington, find out what he had to say about what is happening how and what his hopes are for the future by watching the video above.
