Back to school in Hampton Roads

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) - Tuesday was the first day back to school for most kids in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina.

WAVY.com visited Ruffner Middle School in Norfolk to catch some students and parents on their first day back.
