Tuesday, WAVY.com visited the sites of the former Mo Money Tax locations in Norfolk.
At the East Little Creek Road location, the landlord let us in without a camera. Inside, there were documents and a computer. 10 On Your Side reached out to police who responded via email saying, "According to investigators, all sensitive documents were removed from the office. No sensitive information was left behind in the office on investigators' last visit. These documents will be turned over to the IRS."
The landlord at the East Little Creek location said she'll shred any documents herself before throwing them out.
At the East Brambleton Avenue location, the windows were covered up. The Granby Street and Tidewater Drive locations were empty while the Shore Drive location had some items left behind.
