Parents check your diaper bag. We're on your side with details of a pacifier recall.

The CPSC has announced a voluntary recall of more than a half a million "Bobby Chupete" pacifiers. The product made in China fails to meet federal safety standards.

The pacifiers pose a choking hazard because the mouth guards are too small.

No parents have reported injuries, but the pacifiers should be taken away from babies.

The manufacturer is offering refunds or replacements. For additional information, call Grand World collect at (718) 326-7786 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit the firm’s Web site at www.grandworldinc.com .
