PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - In tough economic times, consumers are looking to save money wherever they can, and for an increasing number of people, those savings come by eliminating cable, satellite, or telephone company TV service.
But that doesn't necessarily mean these "cord cutters" are missing out on many of their favorite shows, and that's part of the problem.
