Recipe from viewer Samantha Johnson.
Ingredients:
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 (16 oz) carton of strawberries, diced
2 tablespoons white sugar (more or less to taste)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (more or less to taste)
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
olive oil cooking spray (you could use melted butter or butter cooking spray too)
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the tortillas into 8 wedges (I use a pizza cutter). Place in a singular layer on a baking sheet and spray with the cooking spray. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mix. Bake 8-10 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
