Ingredients:
2 pounds cream cheese, softened
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of beer
1 ranch packet (dry)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with mixer until soft. Add cheddar cheese, beer and ranch packet. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite pretzel.
