School bus overturns on Eastern Shore

CHERITON, Va. (WAVY) - Police say six children and two adults were hospitalized following a school bus accident Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Seaside Road just outside of Cheriton. Police say the bus was from Kiptopeke Elementary School.
The driver of the bus was charged with failure to drive in the roadway.
