WINDSOR, Va. - Beginning Monday, Apr. 2, crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close one lane in each in direction, on Route 460, near the Church Street intersection. The following roads do not have direct access to Route 460: Bank Street, Church Street, North Court Street, and South Court Street. The traffic signal at the intersection will be on flashing yellow facing Route 460 traffic and on flashing red for North Court Street traffic. This specific detour will remain in place until all work is complete.

The detour will be as follows:

  • Following 460 west to intersection of Route 258
  • Turn Left on Route 258
  • Turn Left on Bank Street
  • Bank Street intersects with South Court.

Route 460 east bound lanes to South Court and Bank Street

  • Follow Route 460 east to intersection of Route 258
  • Turn right on Route 258
  • Turn left on Bank Street
  • Bank Street intersects with South Court

Route 460 east bound lanes to North Court Street and Church Street
