RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - President Barack Obama is planning to unveil his 2013 education budget at a community college in Virginia next week.
The White House says the president will make his pitch at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, a Virginia suburb of Washington.
The announcement brings Obama back to a battleground state that he won in 2008 and needs to carry again this fall to win re-election.
