MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WSLS) - Marcus Vick is a free man.
After serving a 10-day sentence in Newport News, the former Virginia Tech quarterback was sent to a Montgomery County jail to answer to charges in that county.
Arrest warrants were issued for Vick after he failed to appear at two civil court hearings. According to WSLS, Vick was sued by the victim of a 2004 contributing to the delinquency of a minor case, in which Vick was convicted.
He was released from Montgomery County Jail Tuesday.
Vick is the younger brother of NFL star Michael Vick.
