NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (AP) - Michael Vick's bankruptcy lawyers are headed back to court in Virginia.

A hearing is scheduled Friday in Newport News on the imprisoned NFL star's revised financial disclosure statement. Last month, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Santoro ruled the first disclosure statement insufficient and ordered a new one.

The court also is expected to consider issues related to the sale of some of Vick's cars, his boats and a house in Duluth, Ga., that he wants to sell at auction.

The former Atlanta Falcons quarterback remains in the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., where he is serving a 23-month sentence for his role in a dogfighting conspiracy.

His lawyers tell WAVY.com they expect him to released from federal prison any day.

Paul Campson, Vick's attorney told WAVY.com, "The process of Michael Vick being released is underway. It will happen any day. We haven't been able to get the Government to say when it will happen. The Government usually gives about a days notice. He could go into a halfway house any day."

WAVY.com did some digging and learned there is only one halfway house in Newport News.  We spoke to the owner of the house, who asked to remain anonymous.  He says the halfway house is full right now and Vick is not going to stay there.

Back in court, Vick's attorneys also told the judge they fully expect their client to be reinstated to the NFL.  After that happens, they say, a percentage of the first seven years of his salary will be used to pay off his remaining debts.
