Chicken Artichoke Pasta

Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Chop garlic, onion, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Brown chicken in skillet until cooked. Once chicken is done, remove from pan and set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes and artichoke hearts until veggies are tender. Add chicken back into pan and stir. Then add pasta into pan and drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over pasta. Mix well and serve warm or cold.

Directions: Open cans and drain liquid. Pour each can into a large mixing bowl. Chop onions and add to recipe, if desired. Add vinegar, olive oil, sugar, then salt and pepper to taste. Stir all ingredients together and let sit for at least an hour before serving. Serve cold.
