Atlanta, Ga. - There have been a few short lines but no problems reported as Georgia voters choose a senator.

Republican U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss is seeking a second term against Democrat Jim Martin in a campaign that drew national political heavyweights from both parties.

It's one of two unresolved races that Democrats need to win in order to get a 60-seat, filibuster-resistant majority.

In Minnesota, a recount continues in a tight race between Republican Sen. Norm Coleman and Democrat Al Franken.

Murray Gottlieb, a caterer in Savannah, says he supports President-elect Barack Obama but voted for Chambliss because he doesn't want complete Democratic control of the Senate.

Architect Glen McClure came out for Martin, saying his motivation is being recently unemployed.
