DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - The Dare County Sheriff's Office was called to another suspicious fire in the same neighborhood where two previous fires were reported.
The call came in around 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 19. A fence and hot tub at 25223 Sea Vista Drive was set on fire. The home suffered minor damage.
Two other homes in the same community weren't so lucky.
On Feb. 5, fire crews were called to 25215 Sea Vista Drive at 11:23 p.m. The fire was extinguished, but the home was severely damaged.
Four days later, another fire was reported at 25216 Midgett Way. The home was destroyed.
All three fires are under investigation.
