COROLLA, N.C. (WAVY) - An ice cream truck driver is accused of slugging another ice cream truck driver Thursday in Corolla, N.C., police said.
The suspect, Christopher Schurr, 31, of Currituck County, alleges that Artem Vladimirovich, 20, of Kill Devil Hills, cut him off at Whalehead Drive and Shad Street.
Schurr, who is 5-foot-9 and 280 pounds, sent Vladimirovich, who is 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, to the hospital. He was treated and released.
Schurr was charged with simple assault and released on $500 bond.
