FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Fort Bragg and Fayetteville officials say a $25,000 reward is being offered for information about a 23-year-old soldier who hasn't been seen since last April.

Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux disappeared after leaving Froggy Bottoms early on the morning of April 14. Fort Bragg officials reported her missing when she didn't show up for work on April 16.

Police believe she left the bar with a man she had met there a week before — a registered sex offender. He said he dropped her off at the entrance to the apartment complex.

He was charged with failing to report a change of address for the sex offender registry. State records show he was sentenced in October to two years in prison and is scheduled to be released in May.
