No arrests in Norfolk teen's slaying

2700 block of Vincent Avenue

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the 2700 block of Vincent Avenue.

Police spokesman Chris Amos said the call came into dispatch at 5:45 a.m. Saturday. Officers arrived at the scene and found a man shot and killed.

Amos identified the man as Carlton Dean, Jr., 19, of the 2300 block of Keller Avenue. Police have made no arrests and have no motive. Anyone with info on the homicide is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.

Investigators are considering this a homicide case.
