PREVIOUS COVERAGE - Putiona Lige's 43-year-old sister Melissa, once vibrant, now lays in a coma. A stroke robbed her of her life nearly a year ago.

Chesapeake Healthcare Nursing and Rehabilitation provided the care she needed and they made Lige a promise.

"If anything would go on, they would call me and let me know."

They kept that promise says Lige, until now.

Friday, Lige says she got a call from an employee who wanted to remain anonymous. The caller told her someone had witnessed a male nurse sexually assaulting her sister the night before.

"She said I know because the facility had not contacted you and they did not contact the police and they did not bring anyone in with a rape kit."

Lige says it was her call to police that lead to the arrest of Mark Albright. We tracked him down at his home. He answered the door, but declined to comment on the case.

"Currently he is on suspension pending the investigation," says Healthcare center Director Greg Yanta. Yanta says his staff acted quickly.

"There was an ongoing investigation and unfortunately I think an anonymous caller contacted the family, contacted you guys, prior to us being able to reach the family."

Lige says she will try to find another facility for her sister. Until then, she's looking to a higher power to watch over Melissa.

"I just need to pray that the Lord will continue to send angels to watch over her while she is there."

Albright remains out on bond. A court date has not yet been set. Yanta expects to wrap up his investigation by the end of the week.
