HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - As the tide rose, so did the reports of flooding across Hampton Roads Saturday.

One Chesapeake neighborhood is under water again. Homeowners in Crest Harbor in the Great Bridge section of the city woke up Saturday to find their streets flooded. Some rushed to remove items from portable storage units back into their homes. However, a lot of property could not be salvaged. When the November Nor'easter hit last month, flood waters destroyed homes and the contents inside. Homeowners tWAVY.com spoke to said they filed insurance claims, moved what they could into storage bins and were in the process of having their property repaired. Homeowners said additional tidal flooding Saturday morning set them back again.

The flooding forced officials to shut down several roads.
