VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - When your pet's finished eating, does it seem like more of their food and water is on the floor than in their mouths?

A product called the Neater Feeder promises you'll never have to clean up spilled pet food or water again. But, will it work? 10 On Your Side's Katie Collett puts it to the test.
