Wachovia Bank robbed in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Police are investigating a bank robbery in Chesapeake that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the Wachovia Bank in the 3900 block of Portsmouth Boulevard was robbed at 3:18 p.m.
Police said the suspect was white male who wore a white hooded sweatshirt. Police said the suspect displayed a gun and demanded $50 and $100 bills.
No one was hurt.
