VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Emergency crews were on the scene of an accident in the 6400 blk. of Auburn Drive, near College Park late Friday morning. Officials say the driver had a medical condition and slammed into the back of a Cash Converters business.

According to officials the woman is expected to be okay, however the building did suffer minor structural damage. The building was occupied at the time of the incident, but Virginia Beach Fire Captain Tim Riley tells WAVY.com no one was hurt.

The woman did become trapped inside the vehicle and emergency crews had to use the jaws of life to get her out. She's since been transported to the hospital.
