VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Whole Foods held the first day of a two-day job fair for its new Virginia Beach store Wednesday, and store managers report a successful turnout so far.
The second day of the job fair will start 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 at the Courtyard Marriott North on Atlantic Avenue.
"We will be hiring 150 approximately full time and part time positions," Whole Foods Store Team Leader Christy Alire said Wednesday. "Turnout has been incredible. More than we could have ever hoped for. We hope it is a reflection of the communities excitement for us to come into Virginia Beach."
Those interested should apply online first before going to the job fair.
