Wells Fargo robbed in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach police are investigating a bank robbery at the Wells Fargo located at 2677 Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The robbery was reported Monday at 12:15 p.m., Virginia Beach police spokesperson Grazia Moyers said.
The suspect went inside the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. As soon as he got the money he left.
Police spent the afternoon canvassing the area near Plaza Middle School, but they didn't find him.
Investigators released bank surveillance camera images of the suspect hoping someone will recognize him.
