VB police ID man who died in 2001

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - Virginia Beach police have identified a man who died in 2001 after collapsing in a restaurant.
Police said Monday that 58-year-old Samuel Ray Barnard of Virginia Beach died of natural causes.
Police say Barnard ran into a Burger King on Oct. 16, 2001, and fell on the floor. He didn't say anything before he collapsed.
Barnard was pronounced dead at a local hospital. He wasn't identified at the time because he had no identification and there was no vehicle in the restaurant's parking lot.
Police say new information led to Barnard's identification.
