VB man last seen at Oceanfront

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach police say a 27-year-old man who has been reported missing was last seen at the Oceanfront.

According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, Charles Edward Griffin was last seen Jan. 20 in the 3700 block of Atlantic Avenue.

Griffin is described as a black man, 5'10", weighing 140 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a Carolina Panthers black beanie hat with blue and white stripes, a gray sweatshirt displaying a face and the words "Obey," dark gray jeans, black shoes and a silver rope necklaces.

Moyers said the circumstances are unknown.
