VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach City Council voiced their support for the Navy and Naval Air Station Oceana at their Tuesday night meeting.

City council members passed a resolution " affirming the City’s strong support that the Naval Air Station Oceana remain the East Coast Master Jet Base...", according to the meeting's agenda

Council also urged the Congressional delegation to continue its support.
