School bus driver issued summons

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A school bus driver was issued a summons for failure to yield the right-of-way after a crash Monday morning.
Virginia Beach Police spokeswoman Tonya Borman said the school bus was crossing Lynnhaven Parkway at Windmill Point Crescent at 7 a.m., when it struck a car headed Westbound on Lynnhaven Parkway. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Borman was unsure if there were any students on the bus at the time of the crash.
