VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Approximately 169 were left without power Wednesday morning after a vehicle hit a power pole on Reagan Avenue, according to Bonita Harris with Dominion Virginia Power.
The incident occurred at 1:22 a.m., initially affecting more than 4,100 customers. Harris says crews have restored power for all but 169 customers.
Crews are expected to have all power restored by 10 a.m.
