VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police say they found the getaway truck used in a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon, but they are still looking for a man who robbed a Bank of America.

Investigators say the suspect was able to obtain an undisclosed amount of money.  No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a black male standing 5’7" with a medium build. He was wearing brown pants, a short sleeve white T-shirt with a dark colored long sleeve underneath, dark colored baseball hat, a white handkerchief and dark shoes possibly boots.

The vehicle, described as a white Chevrolet pick-up truck, was located a short distance from the bank. The vehicle had previously been reported stolen from Norfolk, according to Virginia Beach Police.
