Man killed, 2 injured in VB accident

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A 24-year-old Virginia Beach man was killed and two others were injured Saturday morning when a Toyota SUV overturned on Bay Colony Drive.
Police say Micah Bryce Bishard was driving a 1997 Toyota 4-Runner on Bay Colony Drive just before 2 a.m. when he lost control of the SUV near the Crystal Lake Drive intersection.
The vehicle rolled several times and Bishard was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers in the SUV were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe that alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
